Se confirmó en su integridad el auto mediante el cual se rechazó la demanda interpuesta por la ciudadana de la referencia, quien demandó la inexequibilidad parcial del Art. 11 de la Ley 505 de 1999.
La Corte constató que el cargo que la demandante propone, fue resuelto en la Sentencia C-1371/00, en conclusión, no sólo la cosa juzgada que ampara la citada sentencia no es relativa sino que el asunto analizado en ella versa sobre el cargo elevado por la actora.
